JDR Homes are a family run business with Josh Rowe (Managing Director) and Jenna Rowe (Office Manager) based in Ulverstone, Tasmania. Since its creation, JDR has expanded, and is now a thriving work force with a showroom to complement their range of services.

Over 250 properties have been custom built by JDR Homes, the most notable one to date might be the architectural home tucked in amongst the gums at Turners Beach, which featured on Grand Designs. “We ended up winning a HIA Award for that custom build and we also won the same award with HIA the following year in the category Custom Build under 350k.” Josh, Managing Director.
